The last thing I want to do on a hot summer day is turn my oven on - I’m sure you all understand! When entertaining on a gorgeous summer day, I like to keep my sides simple and easy to toss together so I'm not stuck in the kitchen all afternoon while my guests are enjoying the outdoors.
